Keith Gardner Jr. is a results-driven leader and community advocate with extensive experience in health and wellness, managed care, Insurance sales, business development, and stakeholder engagement. As Sales Director and Medicare Sales Manager at UnitedHealthcare, Keith has spearheaded initiatives that not only achieved year-over-year growth but also strengthened community relationships through local health and wellness events. His leadership earned him the prestigious UnitedHealthcare Gem Award in 2020 for outstanding performance and impact.
With a career spanning healthcare, call center operations, and business development, Keith has consistently championed equity, wellness, and empowerment. He has recruited and mentored diverse teams and managed multimillion-dollar budgets while driving systemic change in Medicare sales and compliance. His work at GoHealth and Humana further reflects his ability to innovate, build strong partnerships, and elevate
marginalized voices in healthcare access.
Beyond corporate leadership, Keith is deeply committed to community empowerment and social justice. He has created and managed projects across Florida that focus on mentoring youth, volunteering, and educating seniors through activities, events, life changing resources and local partnerships. These initiatives provide seniors with vital
