Our Story

EnVision Resolution is a social justice company that centers its work on Community Engagement, Health & Wellness, Equity, and Justice. We are a solution-based organization, thus the name: EnVision Resolution. EnVision means to imagine something as a future possibility and the root of the word Resolution is solution. Ultimately, we want to raise the HEALTH consciousness of communities of color and elevate the focus of Equity in our society. This organization was birthed in the heart and mind of our founder, Antionette Davis, after her community organizing resulted in the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners passing Resolution, R20-085, naming Racism as a Public Health Crisis. Since September of 2020, she has been inviting the whole community to EnVision the Change! Our Vision

We EnVision a Hillsborough County where race is not a factor in health outcomes and all people can achieve their highest health potential. A County where there is a reduction in preventable, negative health conditions, such as strokes, heart attacks, maternal mortality & morbidity, and obesity, so the overall quality of life is improved for communities who have been historically harmed and marginalized.
